A New Adventure Every Summer! 
Slippery Falls Scout Ranch offers the best in merit badges, activities, competitions, and adventure. There is something for every new Boy Scout, experienced Boy Scouts, and Venturers. There are plenty of trails to hike, fish to catch, and campfires to build. Each camper will have plenty of opportunities to earn badges and awards, but Slippery Falls is also a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Every Scout wants a great summer camp experience, and the staff at Slippery Falls Scout Ranch is here to deliver that promise to you! Live outdoors for a week under the shade of our oak trees, climb on some of the oldest granite boulders in the world, and swim in the cool, spring fed waters of Pennington Creek and Lake Payne.
2013: The Return of the Blob!
We are happy to announce the return of the Blob to the waterfront in 2013. The Blob is a massive, inflatable jumping device that will launch Scouts into the air. The new jumping tower will enable Scouts to be launched higher than ever before!
New Merit Badges!
We are proud to offer several merit badges that are new to Slippery Falls and some that are new to the BSA. American Cultures is home in the Chickasaw Village. Chess is a great way to learn strategy while relaxing in the shade. Scouts in Geocaching will explore the camp. Kayaking is a new & challenging merit badge at the waterfront. Law is great for those looking to earn Eagle palms. Nuclear Science explores the smallest particles in the universe. Welding, in the Western Heritage Area, explores the properties of metals and will spark your imagination.
